New Weapon on Order

Been wanting a Crossbow for some time now and decided it was time to make the purchase. Not available until Jan 12 but I'm on the list anyway. Nice quite and stealth like weapon. I have read that any crossbow with at least 120 lb draw will kill and large animal in North America. This baby comes in at 175 lbs. Follow the link and watch the video. I think this will be a great item to have for any hunter or prepper. Plus when I practice I can get my ammo back = less cost.
This is Bullseye.....OUT !!!

A crossbow is a very good idea for just the reasons mentioned and the more simple sighting system compared to a regular bow, althoough the cast of a crossbow is much less than a 'regular' bow. An excellent EOW weapon, time-tested and proven in all situations.
Gosh, Cyg, my opinion is 'when the stuff hits, all laws are out the window, especially gun laws: licensed or not, I think everyone will need to carry 24/7 or be taking vast amounts of unnecesary chances.

I'm thinking that the crossbow is an excellent choice as a back up weapon or for use around the homestead!

Besides, their fun to play with...er,I mean, practise with!

Cygnus, If that's your case this is the best thing for you buddy.

Shy, time tested and still going strong. This will be a great little TSHF weapon for defense and taking game.
